Shipments and Returns
Shipping:
Standard Shipping is free throughout Europe, delivery is estimated within 5-7 working days.
A type of Express Shipping is also available (for a fee), whose delivery is estimated within 3-4 working days.
The times indicated include both order processing times and transit times.
Returns:
The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days after receiving the product.
The withdrawal must be requested by sending an email to info@emera-design.com within the aforementioned 14 working days.
All products purchased must be shipped intact and in their original packaging, without any defects.
The return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or non-functioning products (in the latter case we will take charge of the shipping costs incurred by the customer).
Once the return has been received, Emera Design will issue the refund to the original payment method or in gift vouchers if the customer requests it.
Each Emera Design product is protected by a 2-year warranty, extendable to 3 with the registration of the serial in the appropriate form on the site.
